What We Need:

  • Completed Personal History/ Interesting Story Pages

    • You may edit this document on your computer.

    • Please provide completed type-written pages

    • Please return the completed pages in word document format via e-mail

  • Digital pictures of your loved ones and family. 50 - 100 maximum. 

  • The number of Family Stories is up to you!

DUE TO CHANGES IN THE UPLOADING PROCESS, PLEASE ATTEND AN ENGAGEMENT MEETING BEFORE THE UPLOAD  OF YOUR PHOTOS

Please send a cross-section of pictures:

  • From toddler to youth

    • With brothers and sisters  

  • ​​​​Adult:

    • Wedding picture

    • With children and grandchildren

With each set of pictures:

  • Include Names,  of those pictured and dates if known

  • Include A Basic Layout of your pictures in Family Groups Children, Grandchildren, Great Grand Children  

Regarding Interesting Stories:

Consider this example: Mom is one child in a set of identical twins. She met President Johnson in 1968.

Your time investment: 2-4 hours.

Which would include:

  • Choosing your photos and labeling them 

  • Completing the Personal History   Pages

  • Uploading the information to the website

  • Attendance at an Engagement Meeting

In the interest of space and formatting concerns, the author reserves the right to format/arrange photographs and provide appropriate captions necessary to provide the highest quality product.

Upon completion, before publication, we will e-mail a PDF proof copy for your reviewPlease review the information carefully. If changes need to be made, the first five  (5) individual changes (picture and/or text) are free of charge. Any changes beyond five (5) will incur a $5.00 per change charge.
